Workshops for Teens

My teen workshops create space for open, honest, and relatable discussion. Each session is designed to be memorable and stick, building confidence, resilience, and empowering young people with skills for life. Sessions link to RSHE guidance, are age-appropriate, and delivered by experienced, DBS-checked staff.

Is This Sexual Harassment?

Respectful Relationships

Helping teens define and challenge harassment. We explore boundaries, respect, and real-life examples to build confidence in recognising sexual harassment.

Crossing the Line

Respectful Relationships

Interactive and reflective, this session helps teens consider their own behaviours and boundaries before learning the law. Nearly half of UK teens report controlling behaviour in relationships.

Am I the Drama?

Respectful Relationships

Using the Chimp Paradox and playful tools, teens reflect on gossip, conflict, and social drama. They gain practical strategies to manage emotions and build healthier relationships.

BeatBullying Mentors

Respectful Relationships

Training young people as peer mentors, this session builds empathy, leadership, and resilience. Teens learn the role of bystanders and how to support others by challenging bullying.

Peer Pressure

Intimate and Sexual Relationships

Using the hilarious AMAZE video “Martin Flounder Figures It Out,” this workshop helps teens laugh, reflect, and learn strategies to resist pressure, make choices, and support friends.

Keeping Safe Online

Online and Media

Covering grooming, sexting, sextortion, and porn, this workshop explores real online risks for teens. It teaches reporting, self-regulation, and safety when parents are no longer watching.

Consent & Pizza

Being Safe

Using my famous pizza metaphor, this fun, clear workshop makes consent relatable. Teens explore boundaries, communication, and respect in safe, interactive, and inclusive ways.

Relationship Pies

Intimate and Sexual Relationships

Breaking healthy relationships into slices, this session covers trust, respect, fun, and communication. Teens reflect on what matters most and spot red flags early.

Health Advocacy

Intimate and Sexual Relationships

Encouraging self-advocacy, we help teens speak up for their health. They learn to access services, communicate with professionals, and defend their rights with confidence.

Reality Baby

Intimate and Sexual Relationships | Families

A project using baby simulators. Teens experience parenting challenges, reflect on responsibility, and explore how choices today shape future opportunities and life.

Reproductive Health

Sexual Health

Cheeky and fun, this workshop covers fertility, sperm health, PCOS, endometriosis, and menopause. Teens learn how bodies work and how to protect reproductive health long term.

Contraceptive Choices

Sexual Health

An open, myth-busting workshop covering contraceptive options. Teens learn about effectiveness, side effects, and making informed choices that put their health and safety first.

Condoms are Cool!

Sexual Health

A positive, open and honest, hands-on workshop tackling condom myths, STIs, and negotiation skills. Teens learn correct condom use and see safer sex as empowering, practical, and confidence-building.
