Training. Workshops. Events. For girls who’ve got something to say!
That’s What She Said creates a safe space for girls and young women to speak up, be heard, and make change. Sessions are interactive and rooted in the Lundy Model but delivered with energy, creativity and fun.
Girls who take part:
- Call out inequality and learn how to challenge it
- Build confidence, leadership and self-love
- Practise assertiveness, kindness and know about blind-spots
- Discover how their voices can make change
- Carry that legacy back into their school or youth club
This isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about rewriting the narrative with the girls holding the pen.

One-Off Sessions
Perfect for youth groups or schools. Think Kilroy/Ricki Lake vibes — panel-style, Q&A, just a room full of girls talking it out. Big energy, real talk, and a brilliant way to kick-start the conversation about girls’ voices.
Projects (3–12 weeks)
From short bursts to full-on journeys. Kick off a project and let the group run with it, or hand it over and we’ll lead the way — building girls’ skills, confidence and influence so they’re ready to take matters into their own hands.
Staff Training
For the grown-ups. Practical, creative training that gives youth workers and staff the tools (and tenacity) to embed That’s What She Said in their own spaces — making sure girls’ voices don’t just get heard, but acted on.
