10 am: Menopause: What to Say, When, and Why: This session is delivered by a trained and established menopause coach and campaigner and will help you gain confidence in discussing menopause with teens.

11 am: AI and Deep Fakes – A Worrying Account: Social media influencer shares her experience and practical strategies for teaching about digital safety, consent, and online well-being.

Midday: Networking lunch and refreshments

1 pm: Getting to grips with sex! A practical workshop exploring Non-Fatal Strangulation which is a new and emerging topic for RSHE 2026. This workshop will be taught to you as it would with young people, providing you with the tools needed to teach this topic.

2 pm: Planning for Age-Appropriate RSHE: a whole group activity, which allows us to listen and learn from each other.

3 pm Eat, Sleep, Bleed, Repeat: Better Period Education, why it’s time to change our approaches to teaching menstruation, menstrual well-being, and body literacy.
