7k steps, chit chat, fresh air, and girl gang energy.

mooch is a well-being walk designed for girls and young women, to meet up, laugh out loud, feel good and be safe in their community. We talk goals, gratitude, gossip, and remind each other just how powerful we are. Because behind every strong girl…is a strong girls group!

mooch is about:
Improving mental health and wellbeing
Community development
A sense of belonging
Building confidence, resilience and empowerment!
