Mooch
7k steps, chit chat, fresh air, and girl gang energy.
Mooch is a well-being walk designed for girls and young women, to meet up, laugh out loud, feel good and be safe in their community. It’s like a monthly whatsapp group chat IRL.
We talk goals, gratitude, gossip (the good kind), and remind each other just how powerful we are.
Because behind every strong girl…is a strong girls group!
Mooch is about:
Feeling safe in the community
Boosting mental health
Reconnecting with people
Walking tall with confidence!
No pressure. No judgment. Just good steps and even good company.
So grab your trainers, water is provided and let’s go for a mooch.

The girls room
A Confidence-Boosting Project for Girls 8-13
The Girls Room is a fun, interactive and engaging online group designed to build confidence and provide informal education about the joys and the challenges of being a girl.
It is a perfect project for girls aged 8 -13 and the plan is packed with activities, creativity, and life lessons.
We cover a topics from self-esteem to future dreams.
Research shows that girls’ self-esteem declines during puberty, negatively affecting education, friendships and well-being.
It’s a safe and supportive space made just for them and is fulled with fun!
The Girls Room is about being confident, resilient and feeling empowered!

Training and Events that rewrite the narrative.
That’s What She Said is a youth voice project creating space for girls and young women to explore their experiences, speak their truth, and shape the systems around them.
I work in partnership with schools, youth services and communities, to deliver training and events.
Through these workshops girls learn about:
the ways their voices have been overlooked, understanding the impact of inequality, and building the confidence to challenge it.
Rooted in the Lundy Youth Voice Model this isn’t about ticking boxes.
We create a culture where girls’ voices are valued, expected, and acted upon.
