Paid Collaboration with Eve Appeal

Exciting news, party people! I had the most incredible opportunity lately to work with Eve Appeal launching the brilliant Know Your Body lessons (I have been a huge fan of their Get Lippy campaign for sooooo long) Know Your Body is a collection of free resources designed to help parents, teachers, and young people understand their bodies inside and out.

I have been working as part of the early stages of the project, helping to pilot delivery, gather feedback, and shape content through research and group forums.

Then, at the launch panel, this week held in London, I was invited to be on the panel alongside some amazing speakers, where I shared my insights on teaching real, honest body and reproductive health because let’s face it, girls and young women deserve the truth, not myths.

The lessons cover everything from anatomy to menstrual health, empowering students to understand their bodies confidently. As someone who’s spent years educating and advocating, I love how this campaign bridges the gap between fun, approachable learning and serious knowledge.
