Just got home from the whirlwind holiday and my first time going to America and wow, what a time we had! Between dancing (Laurie, not me) exploring as much as we could and some football (no its still not soccer) this trip with my daughter Laurie was everything.
Laurie was performing at the ML Allianza Fields All-Star Game with Pringles (how fab is my daughter?!) and I got the VIP plus-one/momager spot. She was absolutely smashing it, dancing and entertaining at the pre-game!

We flew from Manchester to Iceland to Minnesota Landing at St. Paul, so yep, jet lag was a thing. But we had things to do and places to see to there was absolutely no rest for the wicked.
We stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown St. Paul, and headed to Consetta’s Italian (right across the road) before getting our heads down and ready for the new whirlwind of days.
In the morning we headed to Believe Bar and Cafe Astoria on Leech Street for coffee and brunch vibes.

And then burned that off with a summery stroll down 6th Avenue near St. Anthony Main to see the quirky Sixth Avenue Stroll sculptures

And of course, Laurie had planned the trip to to include a day of shopping at the Mall of America which is that big it even has a roller coaster! I grabbed some Bath & Body Works.

And finally our last day was spent enjoying the pre-match sunshine before we headed to our seats to watch the All-Star match. Thanks for having me Loz Poz x
